The benefits of The Wine Bar

The first wine bar I visited was called Urban Enoteca – the’wine library ‘. It had been unique in my own area in so it was the only place that represented wine growers directly. Instead of getting people to go to the wineries around their state, it brought the wineries to the people. Six or seven vintners were represented at the Enoteca, each with a well-informed, friendly representative giving fort lauderdale wine bar the history of the company and an in depth description of its wines. It had been hard to choose which winery I desired to sample, but finally a syrah from one caught my fancy. As I sat on a leather couch taking notes, a gentleman stopped to ask my name. I told him, and discovered he was the proprietor of the Enoteca. I was delighted to meet up him, especially when I told him I was writing about wine bars and he asked me for my card.
The second and third wine bars I visited were more typical, looking similar to restaurants, aside from the magnanimous wine displays. I tried another syrah at one and a type of sparkling wine at the other. Neither disappointed my palate. I remarked to my companions that the wine bar was a place I felt comfortable going into as just one, unaccompanied woman. Conversing with a server, she informed me that the key difference between a wine bar and a tavern or cocktail lounge was the clientele. Individuals who appreciate wine, as opposed to people who would like to drink, is apparently the difference.
